You will be working as Material Planner and will be part of Motion Business Area for IEC LV Motors Division based in Faridabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to Manager - Planning & Fulfilment and will be responsible in planning and making raw material purchase strategy with end to line implementation in a sustainable way.Your responsibilities Applying and ensuring standards of health, safety and environment (HSE) at supplier end Analyzing excess inventory, root cause identification of shortages /over stocking and aligning follow up action with appropriate function/ team Selecting and optimizing raw material inventory levels at targeted service levels, initiating ramp up or ramp down in line with the manufacturing plan Sharing rolling forecast with suppliers for material planning and issuing advance P.O in line with the lead time Ensuring P.O acknowledgment, documentation and certificate submission from suppliers Maintaining KPI\'S like S-OTD, zero retrospective levels, supplier PPM, ensuring supplier HSE among other parameters Working in collaboration with design, supply chain, quality, production, and O.H teams and continuously monitoring Gross inventory and providing solutions to minimize scrapping Your background Bachelor\'s/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing Good knowledge in ERP system (SAP MM) and MS Office Excellent skills in multi-tasking Highly motivated team-player with a collaborative, learning & solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills More about us The IEC LV Motors Division is a global market leader focused on helping industries, cities, infrastructure, and transportation increase energy efficiency.
