Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Master Trainer / Facilitator to lead our language training programs in English, Japanese, French, or German. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a deep understanding of language acquisition, and the ability to engage and inspire learners of all levels. This role involves designing and delivering high-quality training sessions, developing training materials, and assessing learner progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive language training sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and technologies.
• Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to the needs of different learner groups, ensuring alignment with best practices in language education.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate learners' progress through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Facilitation Skills: Facilitate discussions, workshops, and group activities that promote language practice and cultural understanding.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in language training and incorporate innovative techniques into training programs.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior trainers and facilitators, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Reporting: Maintain records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback to inform program improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in language training or facilitation, with a proven track record of successful program delivery.
• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in English, Japanese, French, or German; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Certifications: Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, DELF, JLPT) are highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Proficient in using technology and digital tools for language training.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
