The Master Trainer for Masonry will be responsible for conducting high-quality training for trainers (TOT) under the CSDCI (Construction Skill Development Council of India) framework. The role involves delivering sessions on theoretical and practical aspects of masonry work, ensuring adherence to CSDCI standards, and evaluating trainers to certify their readiness to impart training to students. The candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of various masonry techniques and experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct TOT Programs :
• Deliver comprehensive Training of Trainers (TOT) programs for masonry, covering theory and practical aspects.
• Prepare training content in accordance with CSDCI guidelines and job role standards (QP/NOS).
• Ensure that the trainers are competent in masonry skills, safety practices, and teaching methodologies.
• Curriculum and Content Development :
• Design and develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments based on CSDCI's curriculum.
• Update and adapt training resources to reflect industry changes and advancements in masonry.
• Trainer Evaluation :
• Assess trainers' performance through practical exams, demonstrations, and classroom sessions.
• Provide feedback to trainers to help them improve their instructional techniques and subject knowledge.
• Compliance with Standards :
• Ensure that all training sessions adhere to the guidelines set by the CSDCI for the specific job role.
• Maintain records of training activities, evaluations, and feedback for compliance and audit purposes.
• Industry and Safety Practices :
• Instruct trainers in modern masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
• Emphasize health and safety practices in line with construction industry standards.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with the Project/Training Manager to ensure that the training programs are aligned with the overall goals.
• Collaborate with external partners and industry experts for knowledge sharing and exposure to new practices.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Identify areas of improvement in the training methodology and suggest enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, certifications, and CSDCI updates related to masonry.
