Master Trainer Mumbai (Maharashtra) INR 2.50 LPA - 4.20 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience) About the Position

BharatCares is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Trainer to join our team. The Senior Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for associate trainers, providing support and guidance to the team, and managing stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong training skills, experience in capacity building, and excellent documentation and reporting abilities. The training topics would be generic lifeskills, health, hygiene, importance of education system and alike.

Responsibilities

• Training and Development:
• Conduct training sessions for associate trainers
• Be equipped with the content as Master Trainers and be able to take Training of Traininers
• Develop and deliver effective training materials and programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of associate trainers.
• Implementation Support:
• Provide handholding support to trainers and the team for the implementation of projects.
• Offer continuous guidance and assistance to ensure successful project execution.
• Capacity Building:
• Lead capacity-building initiatives for the team to enhance their competencies and performance.
• Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including educational institutions, trainers, and other partners.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of training activities, project progress, and outcomes.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on training sessions, project implementation, and team performance.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in an educational or NGO setting.
• Strong training and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English and Marathi
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in capacity building and team development.
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and build effective relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Must have a personal laptop.
• Willingness to engage in extensive travel (there will be a high possibility of having another trainer travel along).
