Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles.

Repair and Maintenance: Perform complex repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including engine, transmission, suspension, braking, and electrical systems.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all repairs and maintenance work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.

Mentoring: Provide guidance and training to junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team skills and performance

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues, repair options, and associated costs. Provide recommendations for additional services as needed.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and ensure the safety of all team members and customers.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal automotive technician program or apprenticeship is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a strong background in four-wheeler vehicle system.

Skills:

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

• The position requires working in a garage environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and varying temperatures.
• Physical demands include lifting and moving heavy parts and equipment, as well as standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
