Vacancy for Master PlannerJoin us as a Master Planner based in Satara to synchronize the flow of material along the entire supply chain. Please feel free to peruse our website .The position / About the Job:In this job the Master Planner would be responsible for:Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Operate and coordinate the factory's supply chain and ensure that it is in line with the product group's expectations.
• Review the factory's ability to meet customers' requirements and needs, propose activities to solve any gaps and be responsible for producing and compiling decision-making.
• Analyze the cost impact of proposed actions.
• Run improvement projects linked to the factory's supply chain.
• Responsible for planning parameters in the business system
• Analyze and monitor forecast security.
• Evaluate selected KPIs
• Be active at Cell Status Board meetings.
• Be active in problem-solving and other improvement activities.
• Suggest improvements on Instructions / SOP's
• Always consider the possibility of eliminating waste
• Engage in safety and quality work and immediately call TM/UM when problems or risks arise
• Take responsibility for their own development and to stay informed.
• Balance the supply and demand at a master planning level (1-3 months) and adjust the plan if needed to fulfil the customer needs.
• Communicate decisions taken at the S&OP and secure execution.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels (IDS, slow-moving, customer lead times)
• Optimize the utilization of the production, supply capacities, and seasonal stock as well as the balancing of supply, demand, and inventory levels

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering from a reputed institute.
• 3 to 5 Years of experience in the same field
• Good English both oral and written.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience of working with ERP systems
• To take initiative for problem-solving and improvement activities
• To make an immediate value-based decision
• Work according to the priorityxe2x80x99s safety, quality cost
