Job Description

Responsibilities :1. Manage creation and testing of content through the entire development lifecycle; Owning the content development process from start to finish with clearly defined objectives, managed through an efficient process.2. Collaborating with the product manager, front-end team, design, marketing, and business teams.3. Having a clear line of sight and understanding of the business strategy, business model, and the learning & development industry.4. Being able to identify new ways to leverage technology (analytics, engagement, game designs) based on content requirements.5. Having an eye for detail and being quality-conscious in terms of sticking to a process, checking for language and design.6. Prioritize accessibility work, and manage the backlog of content work orders. 7. Estimate, implement, and build content while ensuring that you\'re working on the highest priority tasks.8. Review the existing content catalog and provide feedback to improve the content in terms of readability, instructional design, & usage of appropriate product features.9. Provide technical direction and expertise on the design of new features.10. Ensure we ship well-crafted content at a timely pace.Requirements :1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills articulate and able to communicate effectively at all levels.2. An excellent team player, the ability/experience to work on 3-4 projects in parallel is needed.3. Candidates with 2-4 years of experience, preferably in mobile content development & instructional design.4. Experienced in any content management systems & content authoring tools for creating multimedia content - interactive videos, sound, audio, images, etc.).5. Quick understanding of various topics such as sales training/selling skills, customer service, personal productivity, leadership/management essentials, and technical and product knowledge in fields such as banking, insurance, and financial services, among others.6.
