The Impact: The Master Data Specialist will be responsible for overseeing data housed in the Company\'s Salesforce environment and will ensure that information contained in key fields are accurate and can be utilized for billing, revenue recognition, and internal reporting purposes. Responsibilities: Reviewing Monthly Agreements: Review monthly signed agreements and validate that the information captured in the Company\'s Salesforce instance is accurate and aligned with internal processes and procedures. Generating monthly reports from Salesforce and verifying the accuracy of various Salesforce fields Aligning data in Salesforce with Reporting metrics. Reviewing Database : Identifying gaps of internal controls surrounding data management and meeting with other key stakeholders regarding recommendations to improving processes and controls Maintain and update data in Salesforce that provides values to other business functions. Perform regular reconciliations of Salesforce Data with other external systems. Process Improvement and Special Projects: Review and reconcile information and data received from Salesforce and work with Sales Operations Team to correct underlying data. Process mass data changes as needed. Drive initiatives to improve data quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal processes. Ad hoc projects, as needed. What We\'re Looking For: High level of attention to detail and accuracy Adapt to quick moving business environment. Experience reading and interpreting sales contracts. 2 years + of relevant experience in a business environment. Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or related field Advanced Experience using Salesforce.
