The successful candidate will need to have a strong Data Management background. Experience in high volume of data (customer, supplier,items, and pricing), strong analytical skills and the ability to meet and exceed daily KPI targets. The environment is fast paced so we require somebody to hit the ground running. The main job role responsibility will be to manage items, pricing, and suppliers for Indian OU\'s, along with managing customer account creations for APAC and India OU\'s.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain commercial data within the Oracle system - Customer, Vendor, Item and Pricing master.\xc2\xb7 Action all email activity in team inbox.\xc2\xb7 Provides root cause analysis on daily process issues and queries.\xc2\xb7 Liaise with SBUs and internal customers and support teams to ensure that Service Level Agreement is met.\xc2\xb7 Maintain data and processes in response to changes in structural or operational business requirements.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that data is processed efficiently, on time and correct the first time.\xc2\xb7 Regular correspondence with stakeholders to ensure best practices are implemented.\xc2\xb7 Adherence to all DM audit requirements.\xc2\xb7 Remedy Ticket Support- work with Support teams to provide resolution on system and data issues.\xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc management reports for all master commercial data.\xc2\xb7 Maintain detailed work instruction procedures.\xc2\xb7 Ensure metrics are recorded daily.\xc2\xb7 Supports and drives DM strategy and productivity.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working within an ERP system.\xc2\xb7 Oracle experienced preferred.Key Competencies:\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of data masters in an ERP background.\xc2\xb7 Oracle experience preferred.\xc2\xb7 Strong data management experience \xe2\x80\x93 experience in high volume processing environment.\xc2\xb7 Target driven.\xc2\xb7 The candidate should be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Self-starter -Ability to work off own initiative.\xc2\xb7 Excellent computer skills (Excel, MS office).We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
