Job role: Master data governance (MDG) analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Creation, modification/extension, and deletion of codes in material, vendor, and service master as per the SOP and timelines
• Creation, modification/extension, and deletion of manufacturer and MPN codes in material master for GMP qualified materials as per SOP and timelines
• Perform review of incoming code creation requests to ensure details shared are complete and correct (such as correct taxonomy, CAS no, GST and PAN information, etc) while flagging discrepancies to code requestors
• Perform duplication check for every code creation request against the existing master data and ensure duplicate codes are not created.
• Measure defined individual KPIs and report back to team lead periodically as per scorecard
• Conduct master data health check monthly for the KPIs assigned and identify root causes for issues, prepare Corrective Actions Preventive Actions (CAPA) and drive to closure as per timelines.
• Update Vendor master with additional mandatory details collected from suppliers such as Anti Bribery Anti-Corruption (ABAC)
• Resolve escalation from code requestors and other stakeholders as and when required
• Completion of assigned trainings including GMP focused topics within target timelines

• Ensure all assigned mandatory training related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self.
• Compliance to Syngene\' s quality standards at all times.
• Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals.
• Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time

Educational Qualification: M.Sc (With chemistry and biotechnology background)

Skills Required:

• Understanding of material categories: Chemical & biology raw materials and pharmaceutical consumables
• Proficient in SAP
• Proficient in MS-Office (Especially MS-Excel)
• Data analytics

Experience:

• 2+ years data quality, master data management or similar level data analysis experience required.
• GMP or pharmaceutical experience
