We are seeking a skilled and creative "Master Chef" to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, have a strong culinary background, and be able to execute dishes to the highest standards. The chef may also bring their team along. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, from menu planning and preparation to ensuring food safety and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. You should have a deep understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors, and be able to lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
Education:
Degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major culinary degree or equivalent culinary certification
Experience:
Min.5-8 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, hotel industry or related professional area.
