Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Massage Therapist to join our spa team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional massage and body treatment services to our clients. Your primary goal will be to offer exceptional therapeutic and relaxation experiences tailored to each client's individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional quality massage, body treatments, and facials.
• Customize massage treatments based on clients' individual needs.
• Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality, muscle strength, and range of motion.
• Recommend treatment plans and provide clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, and overall relaxation.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment used.
• Uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.
• Handle clients' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable spa experience for all clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
