We are seeking a skilled and passionate female massage therapist to join our team at Nickaahh Beauty Parlour and Spa . The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of massage techniques, anatomy, and the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs. Our massage therapists create exceptional experiences for our clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and other specialized techniques as trained and certified.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records.

• Promote additional spa services and products to enhance the client experience.

• Ensure the massage room is clean, sanitized, and well-stocked before and after each session.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Collaborate with other spa staff to provide a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a spa or wellness setting.

• Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs.

• Strong client-service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional experiences.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Rs. 20,000-1,00,000 per month

• Competitive & attractive commissions
