As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mass Tort Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: 1. Case Evaluation: - Conduct thorough evaluations of potential mass tort cases, assessing their viability and potential impact. - Analyze legal documents, medical records, and other relevant information to determine the strength of potential cases. 2. Lead Identification and Qualification: - Collaborate with the lead generation team to identify and qualify potential leads for mass tort cases. - Ensure the accuracy and relevance of lead information before forwarding to legal teams. 3. Legal Research: - Stay informed about current legal trends, regulations, and precedents related to mass tort cases. - Conduct legal research to support the development of case strategies. 4. Client Communication: - Communicate effectively with law firms and attorneys, providing them with comprehensive information on potential mass tort cases. - Address inquiries and provide timely updates on case developments. 5. Collaboration with Legal Teams: - Work closely with attorneys and legal professionals to gather additional information for ongoing mass tort cases. - Facilitate seamless communication between the mass tort team and legal practitioners. Qualifications: -12th and Above - Proven experience as a Mass Tort Specialist or in a similar role within the legal industry. - Strong understanding of mass tort litigation procedures and legal principles. - Excellent analytical and research skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - English Mandatory - Ethical and professional conduct in all aspects of the role.
