Position Overview



We are seeking a talented MarTech Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of marketing technology landscape including Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation tools, Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. As a MarTech Specialist, you will also play a role of consultant. You will have a key role of implementing, managing, and optimizing MarTech tools and platforms, as well as providing consultancy services for data and tech audits.


Responsibilities


• Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and challenges, and recommend appropriate MarTech solutions to meet their needs, including CDP, MMP, CRM, and Marketing Automation platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive data and tech audits of clients' existing marketing technology and Ad-Tech infrastructure and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Implement and configure MarTech platforms such as CDPs (e.g., Adobe, Tealium, Blueconic, mParticle, Treasure Data), MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Branch), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., SFMC, Braze, MoEngage, Marketo).
• Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans for MarTech platforms, including system setup, integration with existing systems, data migration, and customization.
• Manage day-to-day operations of MarTech platforms, including data management, campaign tracking, customer segmentation, and marketing automation workflows.
• Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement by implementing best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to clients' internal teams on the use of MarTech platforms to ensure proper utilization and adoption.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the MarTech industry, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and data analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of MarTech initiatives with overall business objectives.


Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital advertising with a focus on MarTech tools and technologies, including conducting data and tech audits.Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing CDP, MMP, CRM, and marketing automation systems.
• Certifications in relevant MarTech platforms or technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of Ad-Tech space is a plus and good to have.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive data and tech audits and analyse campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
