• Assist in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the academy's offerings.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to identify growth opportunities.
Digital Marketing
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to enhance lead generation.
• Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) by creating content calendars, posting regularly, and engaging with followers.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and course updates.
Content Creation and Management
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and banners.
• Regularly update the academy's website with course information, events, and news.
Brand Management
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Monitor online reputation by responding to reviews, feedback, and social media interactions.
Lead Generation & Conversion
• Implement strategies to attract and convert leads into enrollments.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Event Promotion
• Promote events, webinars, workshops, and training initiatives through various channels.
• Support coordination and execution of event-related marketing campaigns.
Collaboration
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with enrollment objectives.
• Partner with instructors and course developers to accurately represent programs in marketing materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in marketing, preferably in the education or training industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creating compelling content.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Awareness of current marketing trends, particularly in the education and training sector.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Experience in organizing and marketing webinars or workshops.
