Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketplace Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, training delivery, and platform management, with a focus on improving marketplace operations. The Marketplace Trainer will be responsible for training employees, partners, and clients on effective marketplace strategies and practices, ensuring they maximize performance on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other relevant online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for marketplace operations, tailored to different levels of expertise.
• Deliver engaging training sessions through various formats (in-person, virtual, workshops, and webinars).
• Assess the training needs of employees and clients and create custom learning solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, testing, and performance tracking, making adjustments as necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest marketplace trends, best practices, and platform policies to ensure training content is relevant.
• Collaborate with different departments, including sales, operations, and customer service, to integrate training goals with business objectives.
• Provide support and mentorship to trainees, addressing their questions and providing solutions for marketplace challenges.
• Develop training materials, including user guides, manuals, visual aids, and online resources.
• Analyze training data to report on KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA in Marketing and Business Administration or related field (Preffered)
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics, including product listings, SEO, PPC advertising, and customer engagement strategies.
• Proven experience in training delivery and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with e-learning tools, MS Office Suite, and marketplace analytics software.

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
