Ajfan Dates and Nuts is looking for a

Marketplace Executive

to manage and optimize our presence on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and order management while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across various e-commerce platforms. Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics such as sales, returns, and reviews. Optimize product visibility through keyword research and SEO strategies. Coordinate with internal teams for stock management, order fulfillment, and timely dispatch. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals on online marketplaces. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback to enhance brand reputation. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2-3 years

of experience in e-commerce/marketplace management, preferably in FMCG. Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for reporting and performance tracking. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
