Overview:

Fitspire is seeking a proactive and organized Market Place Executive with at least one year of experience in managing online marketplaces such as Amazon. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Vendor Central operations and a solid understanding of e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, pricing strategies, content updates, and promotional activities on Amazon and other relevant marketplaces.
• Oversee operations in Amazon Vendor Central, including inventory management, stock level monitoring, order processing, and product updates.
• Analyze marketplace performance metrics, sales data, and trends to optimize product visibility and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and customer support to ensure efficient marketplace operations.
• Implement tactics to boost product rankings, ratings, and customer reviews for enhanced brand presence.
• Address and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, returns, and customer feedback promptly and efficiently.
• Stay informed on competitive activity, emerging trends, and platform policies to refine marketplace strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketplace account managers and external vendors to capitalize on growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, e-commerce, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Vendor Central operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with a capacity to handle data analysis and marketplace metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the health and wellness or FMCG sectors.
• Familiarity with additional marketplaces like Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for marketplace promotion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
