Marketplace Account Manager (Amazon/Walmart)

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Amazon-related account management activities.

- Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, images, and keywords.

- Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, and fulfillment processes to ensure smooth operations.

- Conduct regular analysis of sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

- Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.

- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns on the Amazon platform.

- Stay updated on Amazon\'s policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central and managing Amazon marketplace business.

- Deep understanding of Amazon\'s platform, including Seller Central, FBA, and associated tools.

- Proficiency in optimizing product listings, utilizing keywords, and enhancing content for maximum visibility and conversions.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and extract actionable insights.

- Knowledge of pricing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns on Amazon.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment processes on Amazon.

- Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to changes in Amazon\'s policies and marketplace dynamics.
