Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

? Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

? Collaborate with the agency to create and manage online and offline marketing materials.

Content Creation:

? Develop engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms.

? Coordinate with the agency to ensure consistent and high-quality content.

Social Media Management:

? Manage and grow Crown Vet's social media presence across various platforms.

? Plan and execute social media campaigns to engage the audience and promote services.

? Coordinate with the agency for content calendars and social media strategy.

Customer Engagement:

? Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and other digital channels.

? Implement customer retention strategies, including referral programs and loyalty initiatives.

Event Coordination:

? Assist in organizing and promoting events related to pet care and veterinary services.

? Coordinate with event partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure successful execution.

Market Research:

? Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

? Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

Reporting and Analysis:

? Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI.

? Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.

? Review the performance at the end of the month with monthly reports, collaborating with the marketing agency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
