Role Details - Lead, plan & execute product launches, pricing strategy, brand marketing initiatives (top funnel, performance, social, influencer, offline sales support etc) focused on digital & offline universe to meet the topline & bottom-line.
- Working on forecast & supply planning with relevant stakeholders
- Working on A&P and other P&L initiatives monthly
- Work with growth, sales and shopper team for detailed BTL plans or consumer promos
- Identifying potential new launches by following global & local trends
- Planning and launching of innovations/ new products with relevant insights & differentiation
Requirement
- Strong experience in working on digital first / digital heavy businesses\' overall - from designing mixes, optimizing unit economics, to managing sales and media
- Strong knowledge of how to manage business, which is sold on EComm, D2C.
- Prior experience in working closely with multiple stake holders - D2C team, Innovation Team, Digital Team, Sales Team, Customer Service, Finance, Production & Plant Team
