Responsibilities: Responsible for setting up Funnel for all ATL and BTL acquisitions Analyse customer insights and behavior, customer personas, and consumer trends Interact with Sales teams to understand key challenges and opportunities, and create an action plan to address them Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creatives Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material) Monitor competition (product, pricing, and new features) Create a monthly calendar of campaigns for the projects Desired Skills: 2 years in the Real Estate industry Should have handled large project launches Out-of-the-box thinker who can gather consumer insights and translate them for marketing campaigns
