Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Management:

Assist in creating and editing content for marketing materials such as blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.

Help maintain and update content across various digital platforms, including the company's website, social media accounts, and email campaigns.

Develop creative assets for digital and print media (images, graphics, videos, etc.).

2. Social Media Management:

Monitor and manage the company's social media profiles, posting content according to the marketing calendar.

Track engagement and performance metrics on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Assist in creating social media campaigns and help with influencer outreach, if applicable.

3. Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights.

Assist in analyzing data from marketing campaigns, social media, and other channels to identify trends and performance metrics.

Compile reports summarizing findings and suggesting actionable insights.

4. Campaign Support:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, events, etc.).

Help with the preparation of promotional materials and coordinating campaign logistics.

Support the team with administrative tasks related to campaign execution, such as scheduling, event coordination, and follow-up communication.

5. Brand Monitoring & Public Relations:

Monitor brand presence online, including reviews, mentions, and feedback from customers.

Assist in drafting press releases, media communications, and other public relations content.

Help in coordinating events, webinars, or other promotional activities.

6. Collaborative Tasks:

Work with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and marketing strategies.

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
