Job Title : Marketing Trainee

Location : Bhubaneswar (On-Site)

Reports To : Marketing Manager

Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation : Proactively generate new business leads through diverse marketing strategies and channels.
• Distributor Engagement : Visit distributors to build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships, ensuring mutual growth.
• Campaign Execution : Assist in executing and monitoring marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective results.
• Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team by preparing marketing materials and providing necessary support for sales efforts.
• Market Research : Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for strategy development.
• Client Communication : Maintain regular communication with clients and distributors, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Performance Reporting : Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, lead generation, and key performance metrics.

Qualifications :

• Education : Any degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field).
• Skills : Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Experience : 0-1 year of experience in marketing or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge : Basic understanding of market research and sales processes.
• Other Requirements : Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
