We are looking for a Female motivated

Marketing & Telecalling Executive

to join our team in Ettumanoor. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, generate leads, and support marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling Duties:

Make outbound calls to introduce and promote our services. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Maintain a database of customer interactions. Address customer queries and provide necessary information. Schedule appointments if required.

Marketing Duties:

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies. Help create and share marketing materials (brochures, social media content, etc.). Identify new customer segments and market opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience (freshers can apply). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English & Malayalam.
