  • Develop and implement strategies to improve marketing campaigns with technology solutions.
  • Identify and evaluate marketing technologies to enhance team performance and improve ROL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies.
  • Manage and maintain marketing technology platforms and systems, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Analyse and report on marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead training sessions for members on new and existing marketing technologies and tools.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing technology trends and best practices and apply them to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of work experience with CRM systems
  • Has basic and worked on platforms like Drupal, AWS, HubSpot or equivalent software\'s Externally facing website migration experience (like Kinsta, WordPress) would be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with web development technologies
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with lead nurturing and scoring
