Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Advait Homes' properties and services.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including digital campaigns, social media, print materials, and promotional events.
• Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
• Strong team management and leadership.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
