• Support to Marketing Executive
+ Making entries in Bitrix CRM Software
+ Finding the information as per instruction of Seniors
+ Writing Emails to customers
+ Preparation and execution of the Marketing Plan
• Webinar / Seminar Event support
+ Planning the Event
+ Making Presentations
+ Keeping the records of registered, attended, and followed up customer
+ Helping Team for better presentation
+ Handling online Presentation
+ Keeping the records of all the action
• Reporting
+ Keeping regular attendance
+ Entering all the activities in CRM Software
• Meeting and Training
+ Attending all the Team meetings of Finideas timely
+ Attending webinar meetings timely
+ Attending Training programs regularly
+ Keeping records of all the meetings and training.
• Tracking various systems
+ Testing current website, software, and back-office
+ Finding Bugs and helping developers to resolve the issues
• Existing Investor Support
+ Query resolution
