This role involves a wide range of projects in support of key marketing programs and campaigns to drive demand and pipeline. The incumbent will bring in skills and technical expertise to build customer cohorts, data and insights to help marketers and GTM teams drive successful marketing engagements with customers. The role also involves partnering with geographically dispersed marketing teams and taking strong ownerships of the quarterly marketing campaigns.Marketing Insights Specialist: key responsibilitiesData & Insights - Work with marketing team to help provide campaign segments, key persona profiles, create targeted database/cohorts required to activate regular campaigns. The responsibility also includes covering the data and insights for types of programs -1:Many, 1:few, 1:1 Account based marketing for different regions/countries. Market Research - Work with marketing research team to support account profiles, intelligence and executive research packs. Cross-Functional collaboration to develop and maintain data sets, reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Program Tracking and Measurement: Track and measure the success of key programs to ensure continuous improvement and impact. Automation of repeated tasks (Reports/Dashboards) using tools (Power BI) & SQL to saves time & improve data quality.Skills Needed:
