What You'll Do:Avalara is looking for a dedicated and organized Marketing Concierge to join our Partner Marketing team.The Marketing Concierge will help support Avalara's partner ecosystem, ensuring our partners have an optimal experience engaging with our partner program marketing benefits. You will work closely with both our Partner Marketing team, Partner Management, and the Partner Engagement Desk to provide marketing support to our partners.The candidate will report to the Director.Job location is Pune. What Your Responsibilities Will Be:Partner Program Expertise:

  • Become an expert on the Avalara Partner Program, understanding its structure, benefits, and requirements.
Growth and Expansion:
  • Optimize the Marketing Concierge model and make recommendations for continued enhancements.
  • Support Partner Management with ad-hoc in-scope marketing requests
Partner Portal Support:
  • Navigate and provide marketing support to our partners via our Avalara Partner Portal including but not limited to:Onboard and educate new partners on partner program marketing benefits available via the portal including related benefits/requirements and resources.
  • Assist partners in navigating the portal, ensuring they can access self-serve marketing strategies, activations, and resources.
  • Assist partners with content customization, campaign creation and lead management via the portal.
Timely Responsiveness:
  • Ensure a high level of responsiveness to partner inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate information in adherence with the established SLAs.
  • Triage and route marketing requests to appropriate Avalara team members.
  • Help facilitate timely responses from internal teams on partner requests/inquires.
Effective Communication:
  • Clear, concise, conversational writing style to quickly and clearly address questions and align with Avalara's brand voice.
  • Facilitate communication between partners and internal teams to address partner inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
  • Recommend training materials and resources to help partners understand and utilize Avalara's program and related benefits effectively.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, issues, and resolutions. Provide reports on a cadenced basis.
  • Provide updates to internal teams on current status of partner requests.
  • Maintain the Marketing Concierge Playbook with commonly asked question and scenarios.
What You'll Need to be Successful:Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field of study.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Partner Marketing role.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or partner-facing role, ideally in a technology or software company.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong issue triaging skills.
  • Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM)/ Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and issue tracking applications.
  • Mindmatrix, Salesforce, and Jira working knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using software tools and platforms for documentation and communication.
  • Highly responsive and adaptable to change in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with partner programs.
  • Knowledge of SaaS market.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for partner meetings or events.
