We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to promote our physical store, which offers sanitary, lighting, switches, and other plumbing appliances. The ideal candidate will develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies to attract customers, increase brand awareness, and drive sales within the local community.

Need passion for marketing, creativity, and have a knack for producing engaging video content.

•Responsibilities: •
- Create engaging product description reels and promotional content for social media platforms (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to reach customers within the 20km radius
- Collaborate with the store team to design in-store displays and promotions
- Manage social media accounts and maintain an active online presence
- Analyze customer data and market trends to inform marketing strategies
- Organize events, workshops, and demos to engage customers and promote products
- Partner with local influencers and businesses to expand our reach
- Monitor and report on marketing performance and sales growth
- Create high-quality video content (reels, short videos, product demos, etc.) to showcase products and promotions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 0 to 3 years of marketing experience
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the local market and community (preferable)
- Excellent video creation and editing skills, with the ability to produce engaging and professional-looking content

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
