Job Description

Direct Marketing:

? Responsible for Overall traditional marketing activities of the institute in consultation with Marketing Head.

? Along with Marketing Head, will be responsible for marketing of PGDM/FPM/AI & DS and other training related courses.

? Coordinate with Faculties and Managers for marketing programmed to develop collaterals/ material for MDP and training programs.

? Will visit colleges, hospitals & other places as assigned for promotional activities.

? Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition to guide traditional marketing campaigns

Branding:

? Diligently handle and invest the budget to maximize returns and create a BRAND value and tendency of proactive preparation of creative business and promotional activities for the brand value and business development.

? Travel to various places / colleges/ Educational Fairs to promote the institute at ground level

? Develop and implement traditional marketing strategies aimed at target markets.

? Oversee the design, production, and distribution of print advertisements (brochures, flyers, posters etc).

? As directed by the marketing head participate in EDU FAIR, Exhibitions, events etc.

? Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising, PR and conduct the meetings of external agencies with HOD for final execution for the development of Institute.

? Will be responsible for creating promotional content for the institute in coordination with the Marketing Head.

Internal Marketing Relation:

? Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of institutional direction, mission, aims and vision.

? Analyze the response rates and effectiveness of direct mail campaigns to improve future efforts.

? Build relationships with industry stakeholders to improve brand positioning

? Coordination with govt. agencies, bilateral agencies, admission activities, press and marketing & promotional agencies etc.

? Maintains quality services by establishing and enforcing standards of IIHMR.

? Monitor and report on competitor activities in offline channels

? Develop quarterly and annual Marketing Plan & budget and execution.

Any Other work assigned by Reporting Head/Marketing Head

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

• 50% (Preferred)
