Industries preferred: Experience in real estate, architecture, luxury goods, advertising, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Della Group\'s marketing and brand objectives.
o Identify and target key audiences, ensuring content is tailored to meet their interests and preferences.
  • Content Creation and Management:
o Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
o Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely updates on all platforms.
o Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including designers and architects, to generate high-quality content.
  • Community Engagement:
o Build and nurture a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
o Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and feedback, leveraging insights to improve engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
o Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
o Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize social media strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Campaign Management:
o Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote Della Group\'s projects, events, and partnerships.
o Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Management:
o Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
o Uphold the brand\'s voice, tone, and aesthetic in all content and interactions.
  • Influencer and Partnership Collaboration:
o Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.
o Manage relationships with influencers and monitor the performance of influencer campaigns.
  • Crisis Management:
o Monitor and manage social media crises, providing timely and appropriate responses.
o Develop and implement crisis communication strategies when necessary.Job Expectations:
  • Education:
o Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
o Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the real estate, design, or luxury sectors.
o Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Skills and Competencies:
o Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
o Proficiency in social media analytics tools and reporting.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
