- Marketing upvc/aluminum windows and doors- Work alongside & learn from best in class talentOur client works for premium quality upvc / aluminum windows and doors. They have a manufacture unit, Experience center. They work on Germany profile and Indian Brands.The JobYour responsibilities will include:- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media- Set up meetings with potential clients (Architects, Builders, PMC) and listen to their Requirements, Issues, and concerns- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.Ideal Candidate :- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in B2C Sales or Brand Marketing / Brand Manager within Real Estate and Industrial industry.- Experience within would be a strong advantage.- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
