Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for our company. As a Sponsorship Specialist, you will develop and execute strategies to build partnerships with brands that align with our values and target audience. Your expertise will help drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential sponsors that align with our company's values and target audience

- Develop and pitch customized sponsorship proposals to secure partnerships

- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and stakeholders

- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure timely delivery of sponsorship benefits

- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sponsorships into marketing campaigns

- Track and report on sponsorship performance and ROI

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sponsorship, or business development

- Proven track record of securing sponsorships and building partnerships

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Experience with sponsorship software and marketing analytics tools (desirable)
