: The Marketing and Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and executing
marketing strategies and sales plans to attract new clients, retain existing clients, and achieve
revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep
understanding of the BPO industry, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? Marketing Strategy Development:
? Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's
services.
? Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive
landscape.
? Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital,
social media, email, and events.
? Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as
needed.
? Sales Strategy and Execution:
? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and
lead generation.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
? Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
? Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
? Client Relationship Management:
? Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues
are resolved promptly.
? Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify
opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
? Maintain a customer database and track client interactions.
Marketing and Sales Officer
? Brand Management:
? Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing and sales
materials.
? Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media profiles,
and online advertising.
? Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, case studies, and
videos.
? Collaboration and Reporting:
? Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and designing,
to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts with overall business objectives.
? Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales activities, performance metrics, and
budget utilization.
? Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous
improvement.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
? 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the BPO or service-based
industry.
? Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
? Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
