Designation: Manager - Marketing & Sales

Experience:- 4 -5 Years of relevant experience

Qualification:- MBA/ B. Tech/ M.com - Logistics/ International Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the manufacturing industry.

Supply chain operations and coordinating logistics, inventory, transportation for domestic/export sales to ensure seamless execution of shipments.

Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding market share within existing accounts and acquiring new customers.

Analyse market trends to provide strategic guidance and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with product development and operations teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.

Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of sales strategies.

Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and maintaining open communication channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales and/or Marketing Manager in the specialty chemicals/resin manufacturing industry or related field.
• Knowledge and Experience in supply chain management, export/import operations.
• Strong knowledge of resin/chemical products, applications, and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to interpret sales performance metrics.
• Exceptional English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• MBA preferred or related degree preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
