Experience: 6 Months to 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealer Acquisition and Onboarding:

• Identify and recruit potential dealers in the targeted region.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to train dealers on products, services, and sales processes.
• Ensure all documentation is completed during the dealer onboarding process.

2. Dealer Support and Communication:

• Maintain regular communication with dealers to address queries and provide updates on products, pricing, and promotions.
• Offer ongoing technical, administrative, and operational support to dealers.
• Assist dealers with site surveys, installations, and technical challenges when required.

3. Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to foster long-term loyalty.
• Schedule and lead regular review meetings with dealers to monitor performance and address issues.

4. Sales and Target Management:

• Set and monitor monthly/quarterly sales targets for dealers, ensuring they meet required quotas.
• Analyze dealer performance and provide support to improve sales outcomes.
• Identify areas for improvement based on sales data.

5. Marketing and Campaign Management:

• Collaborate with dealers to execute local marketing campaigns aimed at boosting product awareness and sales.
• Ensure dealers participate in at least two campaigns per month, providing promotional materials and guidance.

6. Dealer Training and Development:

• Organize product and sales training sessions to improve dealer knowledge and performance.
• Ensure dealers are well-versed in technical aspects, financing options, and documentation processes.

7. Dealer Compliance and Ethics:

• Ensure that dealers adhere to company policies, pricing strategies, and ethical standards.
• Prevent unauthorized disclosure of financial or competitive information between dealers.

8. Inventory and Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate with dealers on material dispatch and stock management to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track inventory levels at dealership locations and ensure complete delivery of materials.

9. Financial Management:

• Support dealers in managing financial documentation such as invoices, payments, and finance agreements.
• Assist dealers with financing options for customers by liaising with financial institutions.

10. Performance Reporting:

• Collect and review weekly performance reports from dealers.
• Provide feedback and action plans to improve dealer network efficiency and performance.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent convincing and relationship management abilities.
• Proven experience in dealer onboarding, sales target setting, and dealer performance monitoring.
• Ability to maintain and support a network of dealers across the assigned state.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in solar installations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and manages time efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
