Smart & Confident Candidates from Specialty Chemical background/ Experience in Industrial Chemicals and Marketing /candidates having exposure in fertilizer.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Conducting trials of the products and then evaluating the performance of the trial.
• Responsible for sales for Specialty and water-soluble fertilizer products.
• Maintain and increase sales.
• Create a strategic partnership with the key accounts.
• Establish Management Dialogues and drive sales growth.
• Identify top-line sales and bottom-line margin growth strategies and strategies to overcome competitive threats etc.
• Lead, coordinate and motivate the development and commercial teams to achieve business growth.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
