Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for driving the company's sales and marketing strategies. This includes promoting the brand, generating leads, and developing customer relationships to meet sales targets. The role also involves creating marketing campaigns, managing online and offline promotions, and analyzing market trends to enhance brand visibility and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, events, etc.).

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to improve strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.

Prepare reports on sales, marketing performance, and market insights.

Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
