• Build and maintain relationships with customers by meeting with them regularly to profile their needs and requirements, understand their problems and deliver value-adding solutions.
• Generate new business by prospecting, networking, and cold-calling.
• Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance regularly.
• Maintain and expand customer database by ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Collaborate with internal departments and team members to develop and execute sales strategies that are in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to gain insight into the market and expand the company's reach.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential customers.
