Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to target new clients in relevant industries (automotive, ).
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential clients, build relationships, and drive new business. Develop long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of our gauges and fixtures product range to effectively present solutions to customers.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing and sales tactics.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing efforts. Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our gauges and fixtures.
• Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns (digital, print, social media) aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions. Adjust sales strategies as necessary.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of gauges, fixtures, or similar technical products is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex technical products in an understandable and compelling manner.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
