Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing/Sales Executive with 5-10 years of experience in the book publishing industry, particularly in the education sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing relationships with schools and dealers, driving sales growth, and implementing effective marketing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the educational market.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets; focus on schools and dealers.
• Client Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with schools and dealers; handle negotiations and close sales.
• Marketing: Collaborate on marketing campaigns; represent the company at educational events.
• Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our product range and provide training to dealers and school staff.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to support sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of sales and marketing experience in the book publishing industry.
• Knowledge of CBSE, ICSE, and WB state board curricula.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
