Job Description


:Primary PurposeThe Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing the overall revenue for Della Adventure and Resorts through strategic planning and implementation of revenue management practices. This role involves analyzing market trends, competitive data, and economic conditions to develop pricing strategies that drive occupancy and profitability.Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize room revenue, occupancy, and overall profitability.
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and performance to ensure Della remains competitive within the market.
2. Performance Analysis:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
  • Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
3. Inventory Management:
  • Manage room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Implement strategies for overbooking and manage the risk of cancellations and no-shows.
4. Channel Management:
  • Optimize the use of various distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), direct booking channels, and other third-party platforms.
  • Ensure all distribution channels are accurately reflecting current rates and availability.
5. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with the reservations team to ensure seamless execution of pricing strategies.
6. Systems and Tools:
  • Utilize revenue management systems and tools to analyze data and inform decision-making.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology and software advancements in revenue management.
7. Guest Relations:
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor pricing strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints related to pricing or reservations in a timely and professional manner.
Job Expectations:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and tools (e.g., RMS, PMS, Channel Manager).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
