::We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Reservation Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations and ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service.Key Responsibilities:Reservation Management:Handle all incoming inquiries and reservation requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Process bookings and ensure accurate entry of reservation details into the system.
Provide detailed information about the resort, facilities, and activities to potential guests.
Customer Service:Address guest queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met to enhance their stay experience.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while dealing with guests.
Sales and Upselling:Promote special packages, upgrades, and additional services to maximize revenue.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell resort amenities and services.
Coordination:Liaise with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage) to ensure guest requirements are met.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and offers.
Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
System Management:Efficiently use reservation software and ensure data integrity.
Stay updated with system enhancements and new features.Job Expectations:Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficient in using reservation systems and MS Office Suite.
