Marketing Representative
Job Description
About the job:-
• Drive the team of DRT team of marketing executives to get desired referral cases from the doctors.
• Ensure conducting various activities like CAMP (paid/nonpaid) as per the customer's requirement.
• Sustaining business from the existing customers referring patients and encouraging the team for new conversion of potential doctors.
Job responsibility;-
• Achieving sales target month on month of his/her team. Develop strategies and initiatives to help the team to achieve the target and train the team to sustain the learning and implement the communication (desired) to the customers.
Coaching the team based on the development level of the task of the individual or team to ensure the team performs the best of its efforts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?80,000.00 per year
