Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explain viable solutions, and ensure that members and providers feel supported and valued.
Answer and make calls to NVA members and providers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with customer service, plan benefits, quality of care concerns, etc.
Engage in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information and diffuse agitated members and providers, as needed.
You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, content and activations across multiple channels to grow to the top of our candidate funnel.
Strategize and execute digital campaigns from start to finish.
Continuously optimize campaigns through better targeting, spend, content, logistics, tactics, engagement, follow-through, management, etc.
Contribute to and execute an effective content marketing strategy and content calendar that powers lead generation.
Track media, campaign and landing page performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Ensure content is compelling and aligned to career channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook / Instagram ads, emails, landing pages, third party publisher sites and more.
Strategically use marketing automation tools such as CRM, Google Analytics, social publishing, Adobe, Excel, Tableau and more to manage, execute and report on campaigns.
Evaluate and report metrics to map overall success and maximize ROI of marketing activations by consistently evaluating metrics and providing insight-based recommendations.
Exceptional customer service skills, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone etiquette.
Skills
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
