In the role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing, 360 degree marketing campaigns for Zensar..Key ResponsibilitiesThe Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing unique and engaging concepts that align with the brand\xe2\x80\x99s mission and market goals. This role requires a mix of creative ability, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of current marketing trends and consumer behaviour. The Creative Strategist will work closely with business, content, and creative teams to ensure that the concepts are brought to life effectively and meet the desired outcomes.\xc2\xb7 Campaign Strategy and Development\xc2\xa7 Research & Insights: Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions and creative directions.\xc2\xa7 Concept Development: Generate innovative ideas and creative strategies for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and product launches that resonate with the target audience and enhance brand engagement.\xc2\xa7 Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling brand stories and messages that effectively communicate the brand\xe2\x80\x99s identity and values to the target audience.\xc2\xa7 Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of creative campaigns, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance standards.\xc2\xa7 Testing and Optimization: Utilize A/B testing and data-driven methods to refine creative strategies based on consumer response and analytics.\xc2\xa7 Presentations and Pitching: Present creative concepts and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders, persuasively explaining the vision and rationale behind the proposals.\xc2\xb7 Content Strategy\xc2\xa7 Develop content strategies that optimize the use of various media across multiple channels to maximize reach and impact.\xc2\xa7 Create documentation and project briefs about marketing initiatives\xc2\xa7 Align the creative vision with the business goals. All assets are created to match where the company is going, respecting the brand guidelines and stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 vision.\xc2\xb7 Performance Analysis & Reporting\xc2\xa7 Create campaign KPIs and monitor them rigorously\xc2\xa7 Ensure to monitor campaign performance and tweak the strategy based on campaign results\xc2\xa7 Interpret data, evaluate the effectiveness of creative elements, and inform future strategies based on insights gathered from campaign performance\xc2\xa7 Evaluate Creative Performance: Assess how different creative elements (ads, videos, social media posts) perform against campaign goals. Focus on metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall audience sentiment.\xc2\xa7 Develop Reports: Create detailed reports that highlight how the creative strategies contributed to the campaign\'s success or areas where they fell short. These reports should blend quantitative data with qualitative insights.\xc2\xb7 Communication\xc2\xa7 WIP Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with various departments such as marketing, sales, and business teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals, creative direction, and strategic objectives. Facilitate effective brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and solutions.\xc2\xa7 Briefing and Debriefing: Clearly communicate creative briefs to the design and content teams, ensuring everyone understands the campaign objectives, target audience, and key messages. Following campaign launches, debrief teams on performance, sharing insights and learnings.Skills and Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Educational Background: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Experience: Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or in a similar creative role in advertising, marketing, or branding. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing/advertising/branding\xc2\xb7 Creative Skills: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to produce innovative and original ideas.\xc2\xb7 Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the bigger picture and approach creative development with strategic goals in mind.\xc2\xb7 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies clearly.\xc2\xb7 Collaborative Spirit: Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.\xc2\xb7 Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.\xc2\xb7 Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, and content management systems.\xc2\xb7 Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Preferred Skills\xc2\xb7 Industry Experience: Experience in the specific industry of the employer (e.g., ecommerce, retail, technology) can be advantageous.\xc2\xb7 Digital Savvy: Understanding of digital media and emerging technologies with the ability to leverage these tools in creative campaigns.\xc2\xb7 to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.\xc2\xb7 Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Advantage ZensarWe conceptualize, build, and manage digital products through experience design, data engineering, and advanced analytics for 145+ companies globally.
