In the role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing, 360 degree marketing campaigns for Zensar..Key Responsibilities\xc2\xa7 Campaign Strategy and Planning\xc2\xa7 Develop comprehensive digital marketing campaign strategies aligned with business goals and target audience demographics.\xc2\xa7 Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.\xc2\xa7 Conduct research to identify key trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization.\xc2\xa7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience segments, messaging, and creative assets.\xc2\xa7 Ensure media plan aligns with the overall campaign goals and strategies. Define objectives that support the broader campaign goals, such as increasing brand awareness, driving conversions, or engaging a specific target audience.\xc2\xa7 Monitor and allocate campaign budget as per organization business priorities.\xc2\xa7 Campaign Execution and Optimization\xc2\xa7 Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch.\xc2\xa7 Set up and launch paid campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant channels.\xc2\xa7 Monitor campaign performance metrics in real-time and implement optimizations to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.\xc2\xa7 Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience targeting, and ad placements to identify the most effective strategies\xc2\xa7 Adjust campaign budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to maximize performance and ROI.\xc2\xa7 Creative Thinking & Marketing Strategy Development\xc2\xa7 Develop marketing strategies that align with the brands goals and objectives. This involves deciding on messaging, positioning, and the target audience.\xc2\xa7 Plan long-term digital marketing strategy which can have a brand impact.\xc2\xa7 Create innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.\xc2\xa7 Project Coordination and Communication, Resource Management\xc2\xa7 Act as the main point of contact for digital marketing projects.\xc2\xa7 Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.\xc2\xa7 Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on project progress, discussing challenges, and resolving issues as they arise.\xc2\xa7 Communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.\xc2\xa7 Ad Creative Development\xc2\xa7 Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, headlines, and copy that resonate with target audience segments.\xc2\xa7 Ensure all ad creatives adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for maximum engagement and conversions.\xc2\xa7 Audience Targeting and Segmentation\xc2\xa7 Utilize audience targeting tools and data analysis to segment target audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and other relevant criteria.\xc2\xa7 Develop custom audience lists and lookalike audiences to expand reach and improve campaign effectiveness.\xc2\xa7 Performance Analysis and Reporting\xc2\xa7 Generate regular performance reports summarizing key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.\xc2\xa7 Analyze data trends and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement and inform future campaign strategies.Skills and Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Minimum 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management\xc2\xb7 5+ years of relevant experience in Paid advertising and Email marketing (mainly LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Ads)\xc2\xb7 Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and plan long-term strategies.\xc2\xb7 Creativity: Creativity not in terms of aesthetics but also in thinking of new and innovative ways to solve problems or approach marketing campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and to various stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Adaptability: The ability to pivot and adjust strategies based on market trends and campaign results.\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge in Pardot and Salesforce\xc2\xb7 Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\xc2\xb7 Preferrable to have experience working in Google Analytics (GA4), Google tag manager (GTM), and Powerbi\xc2\xb7 Experience in handling large scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact\xc2\xb7 Understanding of the B2B SaaS competitive landscape\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail\xc2\xb7 Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically\xc2\xb7 Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment\xc2\xb7 Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\xc2\xb7 MBA/BTech is preferred.Advantage ZensarWe conceptualize, build, and manage digital products through experience design, data engineering, and advanced analytics for 145+ companies globally.
